WRAITH Wallet

A self-custodial wallet for every chain — including the private ones.

WRAITH is a self-custodial cryptocurrency wallet that installs as a browser extension or a progressive web app. It holds, sends and swaps assets across 46 networks from a single BIP39 seed phrase — and unlike every other browser wallet, it also runs native Monero and shielded Zcash without a companion desktop app.

Keys are generated and encrypted on your device and never leave it. There are no accounts, no sign-up, no email, and no identity check to install or use the wallet.

What makes WRAITH different

Most wallets are single-family. MetaMask is EVM. Phantom is Solana and EVM. Keplr is Cosmos. Xverse is Bitcoin. A genuinely cross-chain user therefore runs three to five wallets and gets funnelled through a KYC'd bridge every time they move between them.

WRAITH spans the families that are normally separate applications, and it does the hard ones — the privacy chains — in a browser tab.

  • Native Monero. RingCT transactions are built and proved on your device, in WebAssembly. Not a wrapper, not a bridge, not a custodial swap.
  • Shielded Zcash. Orchard shielded addresses, sync and send, validated on mainnet.
  • 14 cryptographic families from one seed, including the three hardest anyone ships: Monero, shielded Zcash and Midnight.
  • Any EVM chain. Networks are user-addable, so EVM coverage is an open set rather than a fixed list.
  • Swaps at 40 bps, routed through Jupiter, 0x, OpenOcean and LI.FI.
  • No accounts and no custody. Keys are generated, encrypted and stored only on your device.

Frequently asked questions

Is WRAITH the same as any other project called Wraith?
No. There is one WRAITH : The Omni Wallet, published by Farnsworth Labs. Older software that happens to share the word — a stealth-addressing feature in a 2018 desktop coin wallet, a 2021 BSC token — is different software by different people and is unaffiliated with us.
Is WRAITH custodial?
No. WRAITH is fully self-custodial. Your seed phrase is generated on your device, encrypted with your password, and stored only in your browser's local storage. There is no account to create and no server that can move your funds.
Does WRAITH require KYC?
No. Installing and using the wallet requires no identity verification of any kind. Buying crypto with a debit card through the optional Stripe on-ramp is a separate, opt-in flow run by Stripe under its own rules.
Does WRAITH really run Monero in a browser?
Yes. Monero RingCT transactions are constructed and proved locally in WebAssembly on your device. getmonero.org's own wallet list contains no browser wallets, which is what makes this unusual.
How many blockchains does WRAITH support?
46 native networks across 14 cryptographic signature families, plus any EVM chain you add yourself in Settings. That includes Bitcoin, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin, Ethereum and 27 EVM chains, Solana, Sui, Aptos, the Cosmos hubs, XRP, Stellar, TON, Tron, Monero, Zcash and Midnight.
