The thing people get wrong on Base
Base and Ethereum share your address but not your balance — sending an asset to the right address on the wrong network is the most common way funds get stranded, and the recovery is a bridge, not a refund.

- Check the first and last four characters against the source before sending a large amount. Address substitution by clipboard malware is real, and this is the check that catches it.

m/44'/60'/0'/0/0 — the standard path for Base. That means an account created in WRAITH can be restored in any other standards-compliant wallet, and an existing ETH seed restores to the same addresses here.
What does a Base address look like?
0x… same address as Ethereum mainnet. WRAITH shows a QR code and a copy button on the receive screen so you never retype one by hand.
Is WRAITH a custodial Base wallet?
No. Your seed phrase is generated and encrypted on your device and never uploaded. WRAITH cannot move your ETH, and cannot recover it if you lose the seed.
Do I need a separate wallet for Base?
